Karatay Municipality, which develops qualified projects for the future of youth, carries on its investments. In accordance with the conditions of the time, the new generation "Karatay Sports Center", designed by Karatay Municipality for young people, is being brought in. Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca, who gave the good news that they started the construction of the highest budget investment in the history of the municipality, wishes all the best to Konya with Karatay Sports Center.

Karatay Municipality, which aims to provide easy access to education, sports, and cultural opportunities for young people, continues to bring new attention centers to the district. In this context, Karatay Municipality is implementing a sports complex project, the highest-budgeted investment in the municipality's history.

GIANT INVESTMENT OF TRY 372 MILLION FROM KARATAY

Karatay Sports Center, which will be brought to Kasaaslandede District, will have a construction area of 25 thousand square meters. There will be a 1000 square meter semi-Olympic swimming pool, an astroturf suitable for professional competitions, an indoor sports hall of 1161 square meters with a tribune, an archery hall, facilities suitable for indoor sports, administrative offices, rooms for athletes and trainers, a meeting room, table tennis and many other sports areas in the center. The total cost of Karatay Sports Center will be 372 million 222 thousand TRY.

INVESTMENT WITH THE HIGHEST BUDGET IN MUNICIPAL HISTORY

Karatay Mayor Hasan Kılca said that they attach importance to understanding young people and producing projects that will touch their lives, adding that Karatay Sports Center is the investment with the largest budget in the municipality's history.

Mayo Hasan Kılca, who stated that they attach great importance to the youth in Karatay,  said; “We place great importance on our projects for our youth and we endeavor to increase the number of our works in this regard day by day. We specially produce projects for our young people to develop themselves in some subjects such as sports, traditional arts, personal development, life skills, culture, art, education, and technology. We are taking important steps to ensure that our citizens of all ages find the opportunity to do sports under better quality conditions and to encourage young people to do sports. In this context, we are bringing our Karatay Sports Center, the biggest project in our municipality's history, to our district in our Karaaslandede Neighborhood. In this respect, our center will be a very comprehensive complex beyond a sports center.”

WE PROVIDE SPORTS FACILITIES TO OUR KARATAY

Hasan Kılca, who stated that Karatay Sports Center was designed in accordance with the conditions of the time, shared the following information about the center; “These investments are also vital in terms of seeing how the functions of the municipality have differentiated and what level has been reached. Our Karatay Sports Center has a total construction area of 25 thousand m², and our facility covers all sports equipment. In our center, there will be a 1,000 m² semi-Olympic swimming pool, an astroturf suitable for professional competitions, an indoor sports hall of 1.161 m² with a tribune, an archery hall, facilities suitable for indoor sports, administrative offices, athlete and trainer rooms and so on. Our building, which will serve with the latest technological infrastructure that will meet the needs of our young people in accordance with the requirements of our time, will be the new generation Sports Center. On the other hand, the construction works for Karatay Youth, Education, and Sports Center, brought to our Köprübaşı Neighborhood, carries on. We continue our efforts to provide important contributions to the best growth of young people by equipping all four corners of our district with new multi-purpose sports facilities. After the completion of our facilities, we will host all our young people and children who want to develop their skills, have a hobby related to their interests, and spend their time productively at our center.
